The barbers are barbers, if you want a massage or haircut you can get one no problem. "Reiki Master" and the other names are like characters created by Tez, who are played by the "actors" or barbers in these cases. The other channel wanted to use Tez's characters for their popularity and not the barber's themselves since there are plenty of other barbers without characters created around them available.
For example, if someone hired Henry Cavill the actor to act in a movie, they don't automatically get to make a superman movie, call it superman, and profit from it simply because they have an actor who played Superman before. So the other channel just wants to steal at what this point might as well be considered "intellectual property."
Tez did not create anything. The barbers are barbers trying to make a living, not characters in some ASMR film. Yes, Tez did “discover” them, but there is no legal ownership or contract tying any barber to Tez and his channel. I won’t disagree that other channels would like to work with barbers discovered by Tez, but they should be able to. Tez doesn’t own anyone, the barbers should be free to work with whatever channel they wish given there is no contract/legal binding prohibiting them to.
You comparing people trying to make a living to “intellectual property” is totally off in my opinion. As far as we know, there’s nothing that gives Tez ownership of the barbers he features on his channel. It’s wrong of Tez to, involuntarily or otherwise, prohibit barbers from working with who they want. We know from the phone call Manoj wanted to work with other channels such as PureMassage, but was discouraged or even prohibited to by Tez.
