If your thinking of coming to Prime Inc or want to get your CDL license. I honestly believe Prime is a solid company to start your trucking journey.
Make sure when you fill out the online application @ www.primeinc.com put my driver code STREXA on page 2 of the application when it ask who referred you. Thanks for watching my video 🙏🤙😊✌️❤️
I test out tomorrow morning. Youre a huge reason why I chose prime and the tanker division. Hope to see you out on the road sometime. Keep on truckin!
You got this! 💪
Frieght is slowing down across the board. Doesn’t matter what you haul. Maybe Prime is tightening up. Which is better than traning drivers who will struggle in the next couple months. Enjoy riding through the hills! Be careful, safe travels and God bless you
I appreciate your consistency and enjoy your content, and I don’t even work for Prime🤣😂 Good Dope!
Cool video rex! I enjoyed the editing style! Can't wait for the next one!
You were in my neck of the woods 🤘🏽 stupid roundabouts

You my Hero Rex! Be there in a month or two. STREXA BABY!!!
Just missed you I'm at general mills in wilston oh. Delivering palm oil
What up doe? Great videos man. Was thinking it would be cool to see some sleeper time too like what goes on after the road and getting settled in for the night. Ex: making dinner, working on the laptop/editing videos, cleaning, etc.
Thanks for the idea!
I travel that route all the time from South Carolina to Erie, PA alot of mountains!!!😥
Enjoying the channel my start day for school is in December can’t wait !
I’m confused why u have to pay to keep driving on a highway ? That’s weird I’m from South Carolina never saw that before
Any tips can you give someone that is trying to go for there cdl
In this you said you're doing a standard lease? Does that mean you're not doing a lease to purchase?
Rex what’s the gps screen you have by your steering wheel?

Freight is slowing
Bro when u was on food grade side did u run the Clinton IA to Hillside NJ load
Yeah lol
@@truckingwithrex bro I ran it last week and their workers was rude Asf had to bite my tongue and have u had a tanker wash email u the wash ticket that’s what they gave me the worker acted like he couldn’t print it off
@@fredrick8947 yep gotta bite your tongue! Tank wash did the same thing but he printed one off. Told him that ain’t gonna work. It probably could’ve but didn’t want to risk it! 🤙✌️
Hey Rex what gps Do you use ?
Truckers path app - diamond version also use garmin DEZL 1010
Do you need hazmat or just tanker bro?
Just tanker endorsement
Get both it opens up a ton of driving opportunities.
@@Hope-Solos-Darkstar right 👍
I started with stevens transport. Then drove step decks and flat beds in the oil field, west Texas. Thinking about doing tanker for prime.
Exactly what I’m thinking about to.. I started with stevens myself and I’m thinking about the route you Going to
@freewaykenworth old field was great money. Only issue was. The company I worked for didn't keep up with maintenance. So you risk your CDL. I'm welding now, but I'd like to come back to driving. No Forman seeing in a corn mean mugging you.
Always good content
Hey Rex, I got accepted to come to the training course and I used your code and applied for tanker division. Any advice you can give me or anything you would have done differently. I’m planning to go in November for CDL training..
Although the Peterbilts are nice those Paccar motors are trash a lot of breakdowns. So my advice is get a freightliner to start. Don’t listen to half the things you hear from others while training. Stay away from the negativity and be focused on learning that pre-trip inspection!
@@truckingwithrex thank you Brother! Stay safe out there! Hope to cross paths one day!
The man, the myth, and the ABSOLUTE LEGEND HIMSELF!
Bro I’ve been following you since around 1000 subs and I’ve just turned 18, I know I can’t drive out of my state yet but I think you’ve helped solidify why I want to get a CDL and drive dump trucks or busses around me and you bet when I’m 21 I’m coming to prime and I either want to go into the tanker or flatbed division.Have you ever thought about doing a collaboration with another prime driver to both tell your experiences and do a comparison between divisions?
Do everything you can to get something where you can pull a trailer XPO will higher new guys out of school
I would love to do a collaboration or interviews with other drivers, division etc. Now finding the time that’s another story 😂
Unless your getting paid hourly or % going flatbed sucks. Lots of wasted hours tarping.
Man bro I passed you on 57 going north! Safe travels and much respect
Hey Rex, enjoyed seeing the enroute footage on this post. Thanks for sharing!
do you train brother?
Sorry not setup to train but later down the road when I get a full size truck 🤙✌️
I guess I got lucky I finished PSD on Thursday and start TNT tomorrow with a tanker trainer. used your code when I applied.
You got this! 🤙
Well, its a wise man who turns a problem into an asset.
Step out into the rain, strip off nakid, soap up & let the
rain rinse.
!
Freight has to vary for the divisions. According to my FM the fall months for us on the tanker side are suppose to be good for us at prime.
Part of me loves living in West Virginia but god when I have to go to PA I just sigh
Super Vidio 👍
Why did you not use personal conveyance when you were looking for parking? Thanks for the video.
They removed pc from our fleet.
I live in Florida can I come there for training
Unfortunately they don’t hire people out of Florida for training 😭, i spoke to a recruiter a couple of weeks ago
@@iShokan Thank you
@@hannahaltman8410
Stevens Transport and Millis Transfer/Heartland Express I know for sure that are hiring for Florida folks for those that need CDL training
Rex am from Kenya and ilove watching u also I don't know much about trucking can u plzzz enlighten me
I’m hoping the transmission is holding up. Maybe drop the truck to the terminal the next time you get some home time. Tow trucks are expensive bro.
Yeah had prime look at it! They couldn’t find anything they said if it happens again go to freightliner. So far it’s been good 👍
