WEAKNESSES: Kent Ridge Hill Residences has NO SCHOOLS nearby! That would affect resale-ability to the groups of would-be parents of smaller families with children reaching primary school age.
OPPORTUNITIES: The Greater Southern Waterfront! Nuff said.
THREATS: Delay in Transformation Plans. By the time it comes, how old would Kent Ridge Hill Residences be?
