Last Tuesday, longtime DJ for WDIA Bobby O'Jay passed away. His wife and six children mourn the loss. On Saturday, World Overcomers Church honored his memory.
My sincere condolences to the Bobby O'Jay family and his loyal and faithful fans. But on a side note, I would never attend that church especially after hearing the "speaker aka Apostle" and the theatrical "floating Bobby to Heaven" was over the top and disrespectful to the family and the viewers especially Christians that know when you leave this earth, you do not go straight to Heaven. Again, my sincere condolences to his wife, family and fans. I truly will miss the true "Bobby O'Jay Fun Morning Show.😢
That man at that church should be ashamed of himself for misleading so many souls. Btw, wasn't he the one who put his wife on stage in lingerie? No one is going to heaven before anybody else. READ YOUR BIBLE AND GET A GOOD UNDERSTANDING FOR YOURSELF.
I will always remember Bobby O'Day on the radio in the 90s. He was cool. RIP 🙏
