    POINT
    ① The trick is not to harden the first layer too much before pouring in the second layer of liquid.
    ② By using granulated sugar, it will be finished with an elegant sweetness.
    ③ If you want to improve the transparency, it is recommended to use ito agar.
    1. Make [koshian yokan]. Put water, granulated sugar, and powdered agar in a small pan and heat.
    2. Turn off the heat, add strained bean paste and rum and mix.
