      I found a really great clean one here in the states for $12,500 with 67k miles on it. I wanted to jump on it bad but it sold too quick. It was a 2012 one. I’m looking to buy an all black on black 2008 for the same price but 100k miles on the dash.

    My buddy bought an is250 a couple years ago
    6 speed. It always felt like it was drowning everytime we accelerated
    It was super lazy and not fast whatsoever even flooring it
    I think something was wrong with it but no check engine lights on
    But he got rid of it
    And now we both own ISF's as dailies

    • @Paras.Reviews

      I have to agree with you, it feels very slouchy compared to other similar HP cars, you really have to rev it out to get the power as there's barely any torque initially. I much rather prefer the response of the Honda K series engine with similar HP (Civic SI/ Acura TSX) in terms of enjoyment and response factor, even considering they are FWD. The IS350 with a manual would have been perfect compared to the IS250 6 speed. Awesome to hear that you both have ISF's! What a fantastic car!

      @leonel9110 Год назад

      That’s true but it’s a great car to cruise in very smooth just with the 6 speed was a bit more smooth but that can change with slight mods

    i would get a IS350 only if they had a manual tranny. So I am looking for an Is250 now. I only drive manuals, nothing else. I'm looking for the best year though. I don't care about swivel headlamps, and none of that stuff, but i do like Xeonon hid headlamps.

    • @Paras.Reviews
      @Paras.Reviews  11 месяцев назад

      Totally agree, if the 350 had a manual, it would have been one of, if not, the best compact sport sedans in the market. It's a great car, but the 250 didn't feel all that powerful overtime with a manual, engine felt bogged down and didn't like to rev as much as say an Acura TSX manual. It's an absolutely fantastic car, especially having RWD compared to other competitors, but a little more space and a little more power in the manuals would have been awesome. With regards to best years, I don't think you will go wrong with any as they are mechanically identical, facelift (2009) only really brought aesthetic changes. Best of luck with your search!

    It’s a pity that engine suffers from Carbon buildup. I passed on a 2009 with low miles because I didn’t want to risk going with a car that is known to have such issues. Great looking car though!❤

      Hello, with respect to current market, I'd say that's fair considering it's in great condition. If you can get it to around $8-9000, then that's a good deal.

    I wonder if these would make a good upgrade from a miata

    • @Paras.Reviews
      @Paras.Reviews  Год назад

      They would, but the shifter feel of the Miata is way better, as the Lexus feel heavy and not as notchy. Other than that, it's also way more calm in a dynamic sense compared to a Miata. Overall, it's still a great car with decent support (non-engine mods related)
