I think he used pre existing rap on purpose like people he's a freestyle rapper he would know better than that and I'm pretty sure he can come up with good verses in his head right away and after he won he said if he didn't self eliminate himself last year on smtm4 he would do it right now because he thought there were many people who want to go on but he thinks he doesn't deserve to go on to the next round because of many mistakes he has made

I don't think it is the problem, even if you watch his freestyle videos He use beat the most of the times, not capella, and his flow is good, he play well with the beats. You can search and listen, in my opinion He is stressing himself, when you do freestyle, you are literally free, but here it is like He is trying too much so it doesn't flow.
well you have your own theory , but if you watch his 2nd round when he try to get ALL PASS , his rap is really mess up , as same as this oneonone rap battle .. im not a hater , but honestly he really mess up with beat he choose.
+Adit Persada i felt that too. he was much much muuuuuch better on the last season. idk he is either too confident or feeling too much pressure. nevertheless, i love him and im happy he's in. i wish he gets better on the next round.
