Good work on the video. please I hope to explain in detail to import from solid work, adding control for each joint of Robot and the design of the windows of motion angles & linear if available.
If I understand your question correctly, this one is an easy task. I basically convert my Robot Arm Assembly from SolidWorks to Simulink using Simscape Multibody adds on from MATLAB. The Simulink block diagram will automatically be created for you based on the model from SolidWorks (it will generate the transformations, the joints, etc.). Then I only add sliders to control each joint.

K should be pi/180 to convert slider value to rads for the joint rotation.
