Everyone 9th and lower had a much harder time scoring points during the season. The first few races where he scored a few podiums get you really far in that situation.

15:06 that would've been amazing if Russ and Lewis were level on points going into Abu Dhabi with Lewis passing right at the end, but kind of impossible for Russ to be ahead in the driver's standings while finishing the race behind Lewis if they were level on points.
I suggest a new point system: You start at 0 and subtract the difference between prediction and actual position. That way you take into account *how* wrong or right you've been. Whoever is closest to zero wins
I really don't understand why you only count the drivers starting the season. They are the only ones you predicted, so the rest shoul not be put in consideration. Take Zhou for example: he finished 20th with bottas and sargeant behind him, so a net "18"... much better to compare
Personally, I think these schools should be added to the prediction scores overall, it would add a lot more jeopardy to this final video, and they are still predictions after all
The only way checo can secure his play in F1 at least for 2026 is to try and sing with Cadillac, as Cadillac has shown interest to him because of his experience and sponsors and also they believe that he can perform well again out of RB Also checo has a secret weapon, his manager Julian Jakobi which secured him the RB contract and Julian was the manager of Senna
Tbf should of just ruled out the 4 stand ins and gone with how your standings would be because Tommy essentially got Zhou correct /and makes your predictions more accurate
The last driver that underperformed so bad in the WDC car was Jos Verstappen and look how good is his soon , so Checo Jr is going to destroy everyone in F1 in 20 years
Looked at my own predictions and distributed the points accordingly, safe to say I’m the one with the wheel knowledge (jk of course). But Matt and Tommy tied at 11 in this and I got 20 points (it helped that i got 4/5 drivers in the top 5 bang on)

What if your predictions next year include possible new drivers, you could open the podcast revealing how many drivers will have raced in the coming season. Guessing who may be replaced and by who. It could add extra drama into the show and adjust for new drivers coming in and kinda ruining your predictions.
You two do a great job all season long, thank you 👏👏
1 minute ago is crazy
Next season you should take a point away from your total if your prediction is at least 5 spots off.
Next time you should add graphics on the side of both of your lists so we can see points tally and order
15:06 that would've been amazing if Russ and Lewis were level on points going into Abu Dhabi with Lewis passing right at the end, but kind of impossible for Russ to be ahead in the driver's standings while finishing the race behind Lewis if they were level on points.
He's talking about equal points throughout their 3 seasons together as teammates
Been waiting to see if you get that point for more wins than poles for leclerc… it was tied…. You should get it!!
Next year you guys should add a prediction for “Added driver”
you should count this towards the predictions championship
I suggest a new point system: You start at 0 and subtract the difference between prediction and actual position. That way you take into account *how* wrong or right you've been. Whoever is closest to zero wins
Should be another section of predictions: Damage costs 🎉🎉. Gasly was the champion this year 🎉🎉
Also looking forward to your review of your Biggest Flops, and the review of your predictions on the 2024 F1 Driver Market. ;)
How does Oscar magically go faster and have more grip passing on the outside? He makes it look so easy.
I really don't understand why you only count the drivers starting the season. They are the only ones you predicted, so the rest shoul not be put in consideration.
Take Zhou for example: he finished 20th with bottas and sargeant behind him, so a net "18"... much better to compare
You should do a version without the unpredicted drivers to be closer to the original 20 drivers line up predictions :D
2024 had 24 tracks, and 24 drivers.
13:29 not just that, that the other Top 7 won a race, they all won twice at least
Personally, I think these schools should be added to the prediction scores overall, it would add a lot more jeopardy to this final video, and they are still predictions after all
I can't wait for the predictions for the next season 🥵
The only way checo can secure his play in F1 at least for 2026 is to try and sing with Cadillac, as Cadillac has shown interest to him because of his experience and sponsors and also they believe that he can perform well again out of RB
Also checo has a secret weapon, his manager Julian Jakobi which secured him the RB contract and Julian was the manager of Senna
Do a ranking of all the races in the 2024 season
Tbf should of just ruled out the 4 stand ins and gone with how your standings would be because Tommy essentially got Zhou correct /and makes your predictions more accurate
The last driver that underperformed so bad in the WDC car was Jos Verstappen and look how good is his soon , so Checo Jr is going to destroy everyone in F1 in 20 years
Should have added this to the regular season prediction championship
I believe that if two or more people finish with the same amount of points the one with less races should be ranked higher.
cant wait for next years predictions
I think Logan should be p24 since he had more races with no points to Jack's 1 single race with no points.
I'd give 2 points for predicting Zhou in 18th for he finished 18th of the applicable drivers 📈
I wonder if any of the lower positions would’ve been dead on correct if the midseason replacements had been removed
Looked at my own predictions and distributed the points accordingly, safe to say I’m the one with the wheel knowledge (jk of course). But Matt and Tommy tied at 11 in this and I got 20 points (it helped that i got 4/5 drivers in the top 5 bang on)
Good luck trying to predict next season. If either of you score as well as this year I'll be amazed.
