I dont know if Izzy being heavier is going to really help him in this fight. That will make the weight cut harder and slow him down in the fight (will probably make him get tired faster) Its an odd strategy when you are 35 and have been used to a certain way of prepping for so long

According to him he is living more like an athlete and taking his nutrition more seriously now so if he keeps most of his speed he should be good, it’s his timing, precision and reflexes that make him special so if he keeps that and adds power it’s probably better.
