- You can now enjoy this breakfast oats smoothie with 5 mins of make ahead preparation and overnight oats. The overnight oats are packed with a bunch of healthy protein and probiotics and makes up for a perfect breakfast - can be had as it is or as a oats smoothie in the morning. Not only is it a healthy breakfast, great for your gut but also gives a sweet start to your mornings!
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of plain yogurt
2 bananas (1 for dressing, optional)
Handful of strawberries (6-7)
1 tablespoon of honey
Chia seeds
For dressing (optional):
1 banana
1 strawberry
Handful of blueberries
Shredded chocolate
Shredded almonds
Oats
