New Car Parking at Christchurch Airport

We have changed our parking signage and simplified our choices, so it's easier for you to find your best park for each visit to Christchurch Airport. The changes followed a year-long project which included extensive market research. We listened carefully to feedback from almost 1500 people to understand their feedback on how they used the car parks and what they wanted us to change. Here is a peek at what we have done to directly respond to that feedback and improve our customer experience.

Melbourne, has a good video on it, I will have to assume its something similar here . It would really help your customers to show them what to do when they park and how to pay and to leave. only vague info on your website.

It would have been helpful if you showed how to park and how to pay. How to use the machines and where they are. Going there soon and dont have a clue what to do. Its not on your website.
