- What is handpieces torque and why it's important? A comparison between Air and electric. This video is for @chubbu28. Such a great question and even more fun cutting that tooth in half with that electric handpiece.

donY XD I saw that in post production. LOL.
Oh no!
The things you do for us!
😀😀🤣🤣🤣
Electrics are a little heavier at first, true, but you get used to it.
I used an air driven HP yesterday after a year of using electric, and it took me 20 minutes to do something I could've done in 5.
It really depends on what you're used to. Because if you use an air driven HP like you use a micro-motor, it won't be very effective!
hi , good demostration about the handpieces, but which brand do you recomend ??
@chubbu28. This is for you!
All Things Dentistry wow thank you so much. I will be asking more questions. Do you have any tips for someone who wants to get good with their handling of the hand piece. Restoring, controlled removal of tooth, not nicking adjacent teeth etc. apart from practicing on extracted teeth. Also are there any exercises for improving the hand and arm for controlling hand piece and not getting tired or getting a claw hand
The air driven handpiece I found outstanding is the small Sirona T3 Racer.
highly recommend that you give it a try
Esa mismo modelo en un mes se me malogró el chuk que agarra la fresa, y la tienda no se hizo responsable, me decepcionó
Very helpful, thank you
Great video Doc, could you share the brand of electric handpiece you are using? Our office wants to transition to electric but aren't sure which brand to start with!
What are the other uses of physiodispenser other than implant placement?
how does the water spray work with the electric?

Hi doc, did you answer about which one is quieter?
Hi, a quick feedback to improve and make your videos more informative. Kindly post the brand and model of the products you tested plus other better options if any. Keep it unbiased when it comes to posting reviews.

The motor is Bien-Air, combined with a speed increasing handpiece Bien-Air 1:5 classic

What will you do if a patient come with coronavirus or with the positive TB ??
There are disposable airotor
Send them home
You either have a weak air pump or faulty handpiece, I have air and electric and my electric cuts just about as fast thru a tooth as your electric demo. My electrics and just used for endo these days.
Put them on a dyno and see how much power and torque they make.
I sat the whole time terrified for your fingers.
It looks dangerous, one need to be super cautious with it
