Try this , it worked on my ps4. Try booting the PS4 in safe mode and select option 5 rebuild the database,I do this at least a couple of times a month and have done so for years with the PS3.It kind of works like a defrag does on a PC and keeps things running smoothly.

Yes. I re-edited the Playstation database and solved the problem.
