It allows for a more even result. Since Ivy's buff only procs every 30 seconds, you will pretty much always have your parse with the buff applied. With 10sec it would be spiking low every 3rd parse, which would be annoying to manually calculate back the deviation. If your Ivy is below Rank 9 I would even suggest doing 60-second parser. In the end, the Dmg/sec value doesn't change if you keep going for the whole duration, so you can compare it to any other parser setting respectively regardless. :)
what can you use in st gorilla loadout if you're speedster and not acrobatics?
Voracious plants. It will make your damage suffer a lot tho.
