It's amazing the energy she's had for these last two albums. I've always felt like from Fever forward she mostly developed this strange performance style of standing around and doing very little.
During the Fever era, she'd bring it for televised performances then go on tour and be stiff as a board. She seemed to be a lot more energetic for Showgirls and even a little more so for X but everything around that was "Meh". Then all of a sudden it felt like she was back for the KMO tour. Looks like she's still here.

I am a MASSIVE Kylie fan, and have supported her through her whole career, she delivered with energy and passion, but I think she didn't sound her usual self, maybe a cold or something? but I still love her x
She sounded off and I noticed it as soon as she started singing from the chair. She was very energetic, but sounded like she had some kind of breathing issue. Like, it sounded like she couldn't deliver the notes with her full breath. Didn't sound like it was too bad though. Probably just a cold.
She’s just had to cancel interviews and performance in Australia because she needs voice rest as she’s ill, I think she sounds okay on this but not her best but with dancing and illness your not going to sound your best are you?

I came to watch on the back of a shitty DM article. She gets slagged off every time she does something on the BBC. I honestly believe that their sound set up is something to do with it. She's not well. The track is too low, it can't carry the fact that her mic is loud to support her voice. After this performance, she cancelled another performance because she was suffering from a throat infection. Chances are, she didn't want to cancel because it's for charity and did it despite the fact she knew she wasnt at her best. She performed the same song on Ant & Dec a few weeks ago and it was flawless - she's not happy with that performance, you can tell. She's bloody amazing! I love you Kylie!!!!

TheCurlyclub I’ve asked a similar question to my son’s singing teacher and he said the melodic sound of how Americans pronounce their vowels are smoother for singing. I’ve simplified his answer, but essentially that is the reason. Our Australian/English accent can sometimes sound too “clipped” to be melodic. 😊

So Kylie performed free.....her NEW single from her NEW album....hmmmmm.....and performed it like an amateur too.....
Hmm... I wouldn’t call this a car crash but it emphasises the point that no one can dance and sing well at the same time. I have no problem watching performers lip sync if they’re dancing is on top form. To her credit Kylie prefers to sing live and she recognises she’s not a great dancer, but in this instance she demonstrated why she shouldn’t attempt both at the same time. Neither her singing nor dancing came off well.
She is living off the Kylie and Jason years,Cheryl coe..backing tapes,and all the malarky!Compare Sinead o Connor,to Kylie ,and then you see a true star.
