    Brilliant review! I love your hands on, walk-through. That's an amazing comparison. I had a very similar experience for my mountain bike. I had quadlock. But after installing SP Connect, SP just seemed a far more solid product and superior functionalities.

    I know this vid is a year old, but I just bought a quad lock system. I bought the pro version in aluminum with a dampener and rain cover for the phone. So you can get aluminum in Quad lock to.. I didn’t see the ring wenn I ordered other wise I would have bought that to😅
    Good video 👌🏻

    Hi mate really cool bumping into you today 👍 I managed to enjoy the full rev range of the bike on the way home and ride on familiar roads for a direct comparison.. genuinely there is a big step in performance.. the bike was power wheelieing in 3rd and sometimes 4th.. the power felt really strong I was having to short shift on some roads.. I wish was just entering back into summer now lol

    Oh wow it’s literally a quad lock with a different interface. That’s odd. They’ve got them beat with the aluminum arm though. Does it have the same little sleeves for different sized pipes…yes it does I just saw it…pros and cons to each I guess

    • @TheBoltHoleBiker
      @TheBoltHoleBiker  3 года назад

      Yes. The only cons that I can see though are the fact that you cant lock the SP Connect one (but there's no way it's coming off!) and the fact that the ring on the back is going to stand proud of the case. Other than that it is spot on.

    • @ticoruizsuarez
      @ticoruizsuarez Год назад

      Wrong, SP has been out since 2002. The quadlock has been out since 2011, so quadlock tried copying the design with a different locking system, been with SP for years 😜

      @Fee.1 Год назад

      @@ticoruizsuarez I didn’t say either one came first. I just own the quad lock so I recognized the similarities to it and not vice versa. It’s a shame though. SP needs to up their marketing game though and online presence. I even reached out to them and offered to help when I found them because I’d never heard of them

    • @ticoruizsuarez
      @ticoruizsuarez Год назад

      @Fee I guess because I have been with them for years, they come up way too much on my feeds and commercials, which I found its enough advertising for their brand, but I do will say they are (imo) better than QL
