Although he technically has the best record of the Big 4, he is by far playing the worst individually & I believe how you play should matter more than record with Pro Bowl because record is more of a team thing than individual thing imo. I believe Pro Bowl should reward moreso your individual performances over a record that isn't reflective on just 1 player in football. Here's how I would break this all down.... Lamar and Burrow of the Big 4 I think have the best numbers, so they would get in. For that final spot between Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes, you'd have to go Josh Allen, largely because he may get MVP. If you're gonna get MVP, it would seem damn near impossible to not make the Pro Bowl. I don't think that's ever happened where an MVP hasn't made the PB Really, this has been such an odd season where almost no matter who you leave out, it's going to be jarring. As crazy as it may seem at face value to leave out a player with a 1 loss team record, I'm strictly looking at how the players are playing because I believe that should be a more fair reflection of who gets Pro Bowls or not. As both hardcore and casual fans, I think it's incumbent on us for the Pro Bowl to see that the best individual gameplay gets rewarded Julian, let me give you an analogy for how I see these 4. Think of 4 group projects. Burrow is the A+ student of the group working with others who rarely show up lol, so the group fails. Mahomes is let's say a B- to C+ student who is in a group of valedictorians, so the project gets an A+. Lamar Jackson is the A student in a group project with A+ students. Josh Allen is the A+ student in a group project of 50/50 type students who are inconsistent, so the group project gets a B. Not terrible, but not an A level performance either. That's what we're seeing with these QBs & to me, I don't think Mahomes should be rewarded for what the Chiefs as a collective are doing when individually, his play hasn't been up to par

I look at Pro Bowl in the NFL similar to the All Star Game in the NBA. I feel like these games give more lenience in terms of rewarding spots to great statistical players. We've seen guys in the NBA like AD and DeMarcus Cousins have losing records, but numbers so eye popping that you just had to put them in. That to me is Joe Burrow now.
