Cpanel consolidated this functionality into the "Domains" page inside Domains section. I'm going through verifying now if the preexisting correct configuration from my primary domain persists to subdomains OR if it needs to be manually reconfigured. I'll give credit to Microsoft Copilot AI for helping me navigate the latest version control changes to Cpanel which is outside Hostgator's control.

After removing the subdomain I see that the files for that sub-domain are still in my directory. Is there a way to remove all references and files relating to the removed sub-mains? Thank you.
Optimized WordPress Hosting does not include a cPanel for customer use as it is meant to be a streamlined experience. However staff have access to your cPanels and could add those for you. Often, Gmail informed me that the 15G limit is about to use up, and consequently, I had to go in and delete mails with big attachments, and I also had to delete old emails. Can I use Thunderbird to keep these old emails on my hard drive, and then I can delete these saved emails from Gmail to free up space ? And in my Gmail account, I have folders. Can I also have these folder saved in Thunderbird or my own hard drive ?
Depending on how you check your email is key. Webmail is your server. POP or IMAP is a connection between third-party tool and your device, and your server. Via webmail its accessible anywhere on any browser (PC, tablet, or mobile) as long as you have internet. You create emails, set quotas for each, and can decide how you wish to check your email. If your subdomain is newly added and working properly then it should only take a bit of time. Our automatic SSL program checks daily for new sub domains or addon domains to apply the SSL to. If you've had the subdomain added in your cPanel for longer than 48 hours and it's still not working (even when manually typing https in the URL) then give our support a call and they'll get your SSL applied to that domain. Is the guy that's teaching this video actually available for web support? I have talked to like six different people and none have been able to tell me anything useful about subdomains. I have a very simple task I just don't know how to do it and livechat is useless =/

Wake up HG. The subdomain icon is not anywhere in cpanel now... Creating and deleting a subdomain becomes real complicated.
