Very beautiful and no conductor required to be perfect. Makes me wonder how many unnecessary conductors we may have admitted in our own life.
The conductor for ONYC actually spent a very long time working with the singers on this piece, while this is just a video, the recording itself would not have been possible without his incredible and dedicated work. Unnecessary is most certainly not the right word for him
another member of the chorus here - totally agreeing with @_Jeannot - our lovely chorusmaster is incredible and has put so much work into this chorus over many years - and the piece would not sound this polished without him!
