Hi Kay, preggy mama used to work wonders for me when I was pregnant. 😂😂 Skin, mood, weight gain, energy etc. Man I felt good overall and I remember asking my doc if he can recommend something I can take to help me retain the weight gain. He said take Chela preggy prenatals. I did that but was not consistent.
