Hi Melinda: This doesn't have anything to do with todays lesson, but I am trying to make a candlewick necklace on my Vision, when I create the shape in IQ, change the size of the candlewick to 300 and set the distance to "0", I can't get the candlewicks next to each other so they are connected for strength even when distance is set to "0". is this possible to even do, if so can you do a segment on this or let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Are you trying to stitch a free-standing necklace?

@@melindabigleysewblessed yes, when I move the distance to zero, there is still one thread and about 1/16th of an inch between each Candlewicking so upon dissolving the topping it just falls apart. I also tried to do a thin satin stitch first and then Superimpose the Candlewicking necklace on top first stitching the satin then the Candlewicking and it still didn’t hold well upon dissolving the topping. I know this can be done but I just can’t get the Candlewicking to edge onto the next one…..
Thank you for the time you spend doing all the amazing teaching for us, it is TRULY APPRECIATED !!!
