Maybe next time, plan a visit with Hayden to Kyle's amazing place. While you're here, you guys can visit Adam LZ's 30-acre compound outside Orlando. It's pretty much Disneyland for cars, go-karts, etc.
Really liked your explanation about the bar. Hope he goes with the offset and gusset so that he is able to exit more quickly if necessary. Impressive work Hayden.
Sweet. It's really nice seeing the progress on the Rx7 I love build videos. Just watching you figuring out the little things. And building your hotrod to a level that you are proud of and getting her ready to rip.! Great video
You hope you never have to test a cage at 180 mph plus, but it's nice to know it's there and that it was engineered and welded by someone who truly cares about the quality of his work. Thanks for the professionalism.
You're a beast with the tig!! You're car is sick as well!! I've Been watching you grow for years with the builds and the welding!! I was a welder in my 20s and loved it!! Especially fabrication. But now I can't breath and it sucks!! I'm 41 ends when i was about 26 i welded about 9 years. That's all it took. I built structural steel and parts and building and home depot racks. I built trailers and truck bodies. Telecommunications buildings! It's important to wear a shield that has fresh air blowing into it our youn you'll regret it!!
Hayden is a beast when it comes to welding! Appreciate all the hard work you put into your craft!!! The lights look really good definitely a fan of the car!
All i gotta say is i bought a mig shirt before I ever bought a boosted shirt 🤷 love the build side of things so much. The time lapse and music is such a plus for me. 💪💯💚🖤🇺🇸
Do the cage your way. Kyle doesn't make the best decisions. He fought us about the laser height sensor, and almost destroyed the car doing wheelies over and over
Big kudos to you man for grinding so hard to get that cage done. You're probably working harder than anyone else there judging by seeing you in the background of everyone elses videos and all the progress on both cars.
Nice work brother!!! As a fabricator I know how hard it is to bite off more then you can chew but your really knocking it out the park bro!!! Ps. It was cool to see you using the tape trick. Not many people know that one💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥👍🏻🤣
@@jeffbamford805 assuming the suspension mounts to the cage. But on most unibody cars, the cage is strictly for protection. The suspension typically mounts like stock components
When Kyle gets back, hold a bar in each position, as he wants it and as you suggest it and let him try getting in and out with suit and helmet on. He will probable see your way, safer is better.
Great work on the cage! Real pro with the extra bracing and driver's seat protection. Also great work with buttoning up the RX-7 but please tell me the flip ups are still functional on that car.
What are you thoughts on the finger button instead of the foot pedal. There is a modulating one that works just like a pedal. Seems it would make your life easier
You should just go ahead and hit up Motion Raceworks and get a PowerMaster mini starter that way if you ever want to bump the compression up it will have all the cranking amps you'll ever need my car has 13.5:1 compression and they start my car right up no problem plus you don't have to worry about how tight of the space is that you have under the car between the block and the frame rails and you don't have to really worry too much about the head space of the starter or anything like that and I still think when you get the money up you should check into getting a TKM built Black Sheep Stage 3 engine with a Hydraulic roller camshaft or a Solid roller camshaft but if you go with a Solid roller camshaft you should get a 454cid instead of the 472cid LSX-R and you should get a dry sump oil system and put either a single Precision XLR "Pro Mod" style 98mm or a single Harts 102mm turbo along with a set of Precision 550 gph injectors or Fuel Tech 525gph injectors along with a Fuel Tech FT600 and all the other Fuel Tech goodies
Might want to check to make sure your light placement is legal for your state I know Washington your headlights must be above or parallel with the marker/turn signals. Just a heads up but love the work car looks sick
Are you using a torch switch for some of the welds or a foot pedal for all of them? I’m working on my tig welding and often have to weld stuff at weird angles. I’ve never tried a torch switch.
Miss you here in colorado dumbledwarf
Lol

Wouldn't if be cool to get Hayden that 100k while he's in Florida?! Let's go!
Sweet. It's really nice seeing the progress on the Rx7 I love build videos. Just watching you figuring out the little things. And building your hotrod to a level that you are proud of and getting her ready to rip.! Great video
The masking tape idea for finding angles is brilliant. I'm stealing it.
Killin it! You should notch a bar and tack it in place where Kyle wants it and let him try getting in and out with it there

The 8-rotor starts runs and stops, can't wait to see it on the track.
Good work Hayden!
Hell yea hope you get the rx7 done

8:44 "its not in focus cause its just not happy with life" lmao idk why that was so funny to me
Keep going strong welds looks good. Your car looks great!
Killing it on the content lately. That cage is coming out great. Wish you had time to record when you are swamped in Co. Keep up the great work.
All i gotta say is i bought a mig shirt before I ever bought a boosted shirt 🤷 love the build side of things so much. The time lapse and music is such a plus for me. 💪💯💚🖤🇺🇸
You have alot of patience bro .. really good effort and happy to see you doing a good job to potentially save Kyle's life 👏
Heck of a channel I’ve been watching you guys since day one wish you put more content but it is what it is always a pleasure to see your skills 👍
Do the cage your way. Kyle doesn't make the best decisions. He fought us about the laser height sensor, and almost destroyed the car doing wheelies over and over
Looking awesome! Can't wait to see you racing the RX7
Big kudos to you man for grinding so hard to get that cage done. You're probably working harder than anyone else there judging by seeing you in the background of everyone elses videos and all the progress on both cars.
You've come a long way on your car. Your fab work looks 2nd to none... Can't wait to see you running it down the strip .
Killing it keep it up great work phenomenal work great video
Always doing 👍 Great work.

The tape for the door bars was brilliant
Great work as always man....roll cage looks awesome 💯% on mr2....looking forward to rx7 doing some passes and its lookin good too....🤙🙏
You can set that arc panel up to turn off off all the toggles at once when you turn off the main ignition toggle.
So stoked too see the progress on the rx7! Congrats Man!
Man's got skills yeeeet
Been waiting for this!
cages add weight but the rigidity they add actually equals out to increased speed/acceleration in the long run.
An the chassis tunability.

@@jgetscensored7837 correct and I did assume that an didn't.
Looks good. I would put a grommet on the firewall where your harness pass through
Looking good! Can't wait to see a first pass.
The door room is nice go with your way

Can't wait for testing and race day. Been waiting 2 years, just after you blew up the old 8 rotor on Brent's dyno.

Loving the Florida content! Can’t wait for next months video!
all of this is so freaking cool
Youve come a long way since that twin turbo intercooler build you did with a jig saw lol.
Show how u tie it to the body...
Ayyy I’m here for my favorite two lesbians Witt and gayden. Good to see all the bros back together rn 😛 much love 🤘
his work is always clean
You had a 08+ truck starter. Just as strong, just smaller. A lot of people use them for header/motor mount clearance
Boyz got skills!

Shoot your shot pimp. 😂
That was my favorite car. So damn smooth. The 2.25" with a hushpower2 res and a dual tip Magnaflow sounded sick. Bitch got stolen 3 times tho.
Really nice work
love your work man.

Your work is amazing bro

Jk lol keep the great content rollin Hayden👍
best kept secret. you need more recognition bro
What are you thoughts on the finger button instead of the foot pedal. There is a modulating one that works just like a pedal. Seems it would make your life easier
With the front lights you could make some kind of open box section that goes over the top and side so they kinda point more to the floor

Ever thought bout breaking down the welding tools you recommend ??
I have. not , I got. lol great work
Hair game strong!
lookin like Florida life with that awning hangin over your forehead... lol... Kyle get the clippers...
Ls starters . 2006 and up are smaller in size at that I have found. Stock Ls1 starters are lot bigger compared to stock ls2 or ls3 starter
Safety before looks. Build both clamp in place make him do Chinese fire drill
Are you going to do another diagonal bar on the roof?
Your on a roll bro
A roll cage...
Where did you get those lights? I need to get a set of those!!!
Good job kid
Can you show the tape trick you did. And explain it?
Do you have driveshaft containment and transmission/ flexplate shields? I haven’t seen that in your videos.
Nice job 🤘☠️
Can’t wait to see the rx7 makin passes
I've been told that comments help with the RUclips algorithm. 😁
Bravo dude ...
❤️
Do you have to heat treat the chromemoly after welding it? Is it OK to run it without heat treat?
