I'm wondering why there is a ladder in the shower? Maybe that is supposed to be used to climb onto the bed? o_O

Probably for outdoor use to get on the roof?
Stored in the shower perhaps? Doesn't make sense. The roof vent looks to small to be an escape route.
I bet that costs as much as a small house!

Its for the bed pavillon(electric) , look at 0:28. normally the ladder is stored in a compartment in the floor
