Do you have any tips on teaching social emotional learning when you’re not a social worker? I am in school for social work, but i’m currently working at an after school program where I work on social emotional learning with kids, but sometimes I find it difficult when I don’t have those qualifications and training under my belt, and I don’t want to work outside the scope of my expertise.

This is awesome! I just accepted a position as a SSW at an Elementary school so this was perfect :) I have a question if you’re willing to answer - how long did it take you to get your lcsw as a a School Social Worker? (I live in CA, have my ASW)
