Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. Hi Adam. There are a lot of RUclipsrs in this service business , service arbitrage, remote service business realm at the moment. And where you differ from them is suggesting a one-off service. Most of the others talk about ensuring it’s a service that can generate repeat customers (albeit testing the sub contractors initially, with a friend or relative getting the service done, to check that the subcontractor doesn’t self-promote when asked about a regular visit). So it’s good to hear an alternate view. The one problem I have with this whole model is that I build a website call ABC, and then someone turns up to do the job with an XYZ logo on their t-shirt!
Hi Mindy, great comment and great point. The logo stuff definitely crossed my mind too when I was working on the video but I don’t think it would be that big of an issue. Take a car detailing business that’s set up with labor arbitrage - would you really care what the logo is on the vehicle for someone that’s coming out to detail your car as long as the detailing goes well and the car looks good at the end? A lot of these contractors don’t wear work uniforms. They just show up in regular clothes which would help with that too. If it really is an issue you could always send the contractor magnet logos to stick on the side of his vehicle and some tshirts to wear and ask him to do that while on your jobs. Good thoughts on this though, the logo stuff is definitely worth thinking through!
