Color Factory or Museum of Ice Cream

This was my first solo trip and what better way to start than to check out the Color Factory and Museum of Ice Cream. I had so much fun checking these immersive art piece and make sure to book tickets online prior to coming otherwise they might be sold out. These are generally around the same area and I walked between the two while checking out the Soho area in between. What are your thoughts below?
Disclaimer, if you want to spoil yourself by watching this video on what to choose from please note that I didnt actually compare which one was better. I went into the assumption to do both but I enjoyed one more than the other.
