This video wraps up our time in Kona for the Ironman World Championships. Although we didn’t race, we were lucky enough to be there supporting our teammates and coach. From Kailua Bay to the Queen K, the energy and excitement was next to none. While Conrad raced for nearly 10 hours, we had our entire day to watch the pros, cheer for all those incredible age-groupers, and also go for a quick 15 mile run along Ali’i Drive.

Having spectated at Kona before I can assure you the conditions are BRUTAL. The heat and humidity is next level bonkers and it’s a challenge just to stand and watch let alone race. Congrats Conrad wow
