Living Off the Grid will nearly always mean having a generator as back up or even for many more things . The subject is quite complex and like always many people have many views on them. This is my general take regards generators and shows what we do and I tell why I deal with them like I do ...
Like everything in life and Off the Grid living , Generators are a case of what you need to run from them ? , what size and type will do the job at hand ? and of course how much you have as far as your budget goes to drop on them ?
As a bit of a disclaimer , I do not advocate using just Honda or Chinese either way because they both fit the needs of different people and what can be vastly different budgets people have at hand ? .... So spare me any bias raves or lectures in the comments :- )
