- Three white women continually called the police on Marc Peeples of Detroit, for making a garden out of a vacant playground in his neighborhood.
When officers wouldn't respond to calls of "illegal gardening", they took it to another level and accused him of threatening them with a gun, being involved in a drive-by and then accused him of being a pedophile after he got children to help him with the garden.

Oh the cops definitely arrest for false report... on people like me who was a battered 18 year old trying to get my abuser out of his 3rd strike arrest which would’ve carried a mandatory life sentence cuz I was a dumbass kid being pressured by his dad to recant my statement. The judge saw right through it (thankfully) as that battered woman’s syndrome or whatever it’s called and she even snapped at the DA for ever charging me. Cops never do actual Justice. They only enforce the laws they deem necessary, when necessary.

I truly believe bigots and the various 911 callers will only be stopped when their victims drag them into federal court, drag them into depositions and make them explain their actions, and secure damages against their personal estates (as well as injunctive relief).

This video doesn't say on what basis the police made an arrest nor what specific charges were brought to court by the prosecutor nor what evidence (aside from the women's statements alone) supported a prosecution. There's something major missing in this story...unless there's some serious incompetence and malpractice going on in that prosecutor's office. If that's the case, I hope the citizens of Detroit are aroused to get rid of that prosecutor and shake up that police dept. too. If this man and his attorney are telling the truth and concealing nothing here, I hope they sue those bitches and relieve them of everything they have now and can acquire for the next 20 years.
