Wow, nothing fancy-pantsy, but your voice and explanation were clear and understandable -- probably the best demonstration of this I've ever seen -- great job! Thanks very much.
Thank you so much for showing me how to do the burrito roll. Using the different fabrics made it so clear to see what to do. I watched it a few times over (first feeling very stumped) and when I go up this morning I just went and did it straight off! It looks great!!! Thank you thank you!
Wow! I’ve watched MANY burrito tutorials. Yours is the first one I’ve been able to follow! I’ve subscribed and am anxious to see what else I can learn with your slow, thorough instructions!
Thank you for the clear instructions. Before sewing the side seam you could cut away some of the lining if you don't want so much lining in it, and then hem or overcast along the cut edge of the lining. You can see that done in some ready made garments, the lining looks that way like a yoke.
This dress bodice is probably getting both a skirt part and a full skirt lining sewn on. With this arrow front, I question being left with only a yoke, and not a full lining. Perhaps better saved for another project?
I'm new to sewing. I bought a child's pattern that has instructions to roll from the bottom. I thought it meant roll from the bottom of the dress. With a little more thought and visuals, I still didn't understand it. NOW that I have watched your video, I GET IT! Wheww! Thank you !!!
Oh my God!!! Thank you so very much for this wonderfully explained video. Yesterday I tried to do it and ended up with a headache and huge annoyance... got up this morning followed your instructions completely and it worked!!! Thank you once again... life-saver!! x
I agree you are an excellent teacher. Clear voice, clear video & clear instructions! Can you PLEASE make a video about a bodice with sleeves & open button front from A toZ. Meaning which measurement to take, how to take those measurements, make a pattern out of those measurements, including any formulas you use. I, along with many others would be very very grateful !
It would be a lot easier for me if I found your video earlier. But sadly I found this after I figured it out😔. The exact same method I use to attach the sleeves neatly without exposing the seams outside.
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!! I was here trying to line a bodice, watched quite a few videos but didn't get it. I came across your and voila!!!! You are awesome.
Perfecto. Muchas gracias por enseñar este método. ( I don't understand what you are talking but I see your hands and you make it easy to understand what you are doing. Sorry my horrible english)
