Planter fasciitis insoles are the way forward Kevin. Provided huge relief for me at least, cost about £20 from Amazon huge selection. Great video series, family resorts only now at my age. Would enjoy more greek video content, this series been excellent. Hope you get some pain relief soon

We were in Sidari late September in 2019,and it was very quiet then,what a difference now in mid Summer,so busy,and for the better.We stayed in the Three Brothers Hotel,which you mentioned,We found the staff were so friendly indeed,but our hotel room was so small and very dated,like from the early '70's..and no private balcony,So we would stay in a more modern hotel next time..Also Ive travelled to many countries and never been bit by mosquitoes before,but was bitten a lot in Sidari..Thanks for this vlog Kevin

Right down that alley way beside Marty’s was a great we pub ,and I’m going back to 1990 ,then went back in 14 yr later the change was mad it had went from the one strip bottom off the bend ,had some mad times there ,the water park ,brilliant brand new and a jet flying so low right along beach ,also we cld here the bombs going off in the bulcans,that’s how long ago ,

The only thing that helped my plantar fasciitis is top dollar walking boots and shoes. Hurt the wallet, but my feet are much better.

Mr jock - went to Newcastle races and they actually charge you 50p for ice 😮😮😮 ; the bloody cheek of it , luckily I had £40 on dusty carpet , of cause it won 🙃 it’s never been beaten 😊

Hi Kevin, do you do stretching exercises for the plantar fasciitis? I had same problem, saw a physio and did stretches 2x day, took a while but it did improve. Maybe worth considering. Sidari looks nice, maybe one for my list 😀👍
