Thank you so much. This one actually shook me. I think a big Takeaway is that all that anxiety is truly is the action you spoke when jumping in the lake to try to smooth the lake out just sit back and observe the lake if there’s ripples smile and watch them dissipate, your work Mr. singer is so profound thank you very much

Lo amo! Increíble como explica! Todos los días escucho algo de él para volver a mi centro de consciencia! Sus enseñanzas me inspiraron tanto que estoy narrando su libro en español de forma gratuita! Al mundo le hace mucho bien lo que enseña

Yes, easily said, but in the heat of moments...it really takes practice over and over again...

Thank you Tantoinette. Could I ask you to give me 3 scriptures - one for health, one for finances and other career opportunities. I'm not as well versed in the Bible as you as I've recently started reading and studying it. Trust you don't mind. Many thanks. 🙏🙏🙏

A five-minute talk stretched to 40 minutes. Stuff happens AND we react unskillfully. It's all energy and just energy. A skillful reaction is to give the ripples space and let go. Release and relax into the awareness of being aware.

You can take every spiritual talk in history and condense it down to two words: wake up. But is brevity the goal?

No it was just a little too long. Maybe take ten minutes off. And be more explicit about what does releasing mean. Does it mean feel it or not ? Does keep repeating things without explaining them. Is there a way to not feel stuff? Therapy involves feeling it when it comes up

Missing the point, he isnt saying there are no instances , such as child abuse when you cant or shouldn't interviene if you're compelled, and truely believe it is needed; he is saying , "you Dont hold on to it" if you go home and continue to be disturbed...you didn't let go. He addresses these kinds of questions in other talks, or his book as well. You take care of you...doesn’t mean you Dont intervene, it means you let go of you're decision afterwards and move on to your next experience.

But what about the big energy waves? When my loved one left his body, & knew I was messing with that wave but I could not not touch it. Or is it then about stopping the disturbance as soon as you're able to?

Seems to be out of balance a little when you see a child being abused I think it's important to step in and do something about it not don't touch it so you can keep peace

That is not what he is saying. He is talking about the stuff that keeps coming up inside. Of course we must take action in abuse case!

So I’m mirroring my own thoughts : I create them and then react / respond to them . But I’m the creator of it all .🥹
