Anyway was great to hear you both share yer thoughts on all the parole hearing etc… I’m from Glasgow, knew of a guy, Frank McPhee he’s dead now. Google him) He was doing time for a robbery i think, when he murdered a friend of mine in Perth Prison. He’d already put a few down by that time and went on to bury a few more after he got out. My point is, ‘Everyone’ knew what Frank was about. Yet while he was away he continued to deal inside as well as slashings, stabbings and murder as per.. Even he got parole every time!! Charlie hasn’t murdered or even committed a tenth of what Frank done. The jails are full of Franks as we both know… Sad state of events especially for Charlie’s old Mum? Never heard nothing bad about him. the opposit infact. my pal Yorkie said he was having with him for a bit and he was a cool guy. you were talking about respect and prefering how people respect you. saying you preferred people to respect you for being humble and approachable. i met you a couple of times back in the day Matt and i thought that of you. its even more apprieciated when the person is rough and capable, in any form. wether it by by hand or by blade. they que up along side every one else and expected to be treated the same. when if they wanted they could be a prick and not many could say, or do a lot about it. thats what i respect. i also linked in with the parole thing and having to wipe your mouth with things and walk away from conflict with people you know you could handle. coz you wont get out. scared stiff of the parole board. i got a IPP in 2006. ended up doing 13 years out of it. its the worst thing ive been through. ive linked in loads lately with your videos. your doing brilliant stuff with great guests and great content. keep it up

Kev seems a Good Lad and talks alot of sence ! The system stinks about many things especially IPP prisoners ! Waste of space that shit law and there isn't enough space in the comments to say what I really wanna say Matt ! I'm gutted about Charlie but I know in my heart they won't let him out till he's 80 yrs old if he's lucky ! Political prisoner now ! Have a great weekend Matt coz I'm off now coz I can feel a right rant coming on about the Bastards ! IPP is a sensitive matter to me and I feel for everyone of them poor lads doing years over there tariff and not a clue when there going home ! Respect Matt as always mate ! 👍🥊🏴 ps. Matt anyone being rude to you would deserve a dig fo being stupid your a proper unit ! On a more serious note , there is a lot to be said for training for your mental health. When your feeling down it lifts you up. When your in shape you give yourself respect for the work you put in , I think this reflects your whole outlook on how you see the world . Hope your training is going well and your feeling good .

This was brilliant. everyone in the jail has heard of Kevin Lane. Never heard nothing bad about him. the opposit infact. my pal Yorkie said he was having with him for a bit and he was a cool guy. you were talking about respect and prefering how people respect you. saying you preferred people to respect you for being humble and approachable. i met you a couple of times back in the day Matt and i thought that of you. its even more apprieciated when the person is rough and capable, in any form. wether it by by hand or by blade. they que up along side every one else and expected to be treated the same. when if they wanted they could be a prick and not many could say, or do a lot about it. thats what i respect. i also linked in with the parole thing and having to wipe your mouth with things and walk away from conflict with people you know you could handle. coz you wont get out. scared stiff of the parole board. i got a IPP in 2006. ended up doing 13 years out of it. its the worst thing ive been through. ive linked in loads lately with your videos. your doing brilliant stuff with great guests and great content. keep it up
