Also it's so cool how you didn't shy away from eating street food in Mumbai despite being brought up in USA. I have lived in Mumbai all my life and Sev Puri HAS to be top street food but all my cousins and my mom's cousins who have been brought up in USA don't even drink the filtered water here, they'll only drink bottled water and avoid stuff like dairy and any food that is not from a good restaurant because they end up getting an upset stomach lol
