I really would love to hear what your meal planning process looks like and if you're going to try any of my favorite tips!! Comment below! And don't forget you can print out my template (with some of my favorite prep-friendly recipes) here: bit.ly/ymealplanning 🤗
Yes!!! Eggs in the insta pot is amazing, only 4-5 min. Also, the chicken in the insta pot for 15 min and shred with hand mixer, amazing time and life saver. Loved your Costco haul!!
Thank you for taking the time to create this. I do meal plan for the week, but so many food tips on here. My biggest take away’s were to keep it simple, repeat favorite meals and list what you already have in your pantry, freezer etc. before you start planning.
I love seeing a woman my size sharing their meal plan and also to love your body! it's so important and I feel like if you're not super skinny people don't take you seriously on eating healthy. you can be healthy and not super skinny!
So true! In fact, many who are super skinny are NOT healthy. Healthy has different sizes. I'm so glad you've found some encouragement in my videos, Alexis. 👯♀️💛
Just found your channel today and I’ve been binging it a bit. Thank you for all the goodies you share and the work you put into your videos. So helpful 💛
We prep meat as well, but also a veggie mix . We like to do bowls with cauliflower rice. The veggies and meats are easy additions along with other toppings and sauces.
Thank you so much for sharing your process! I am so ashamed to say that I hate meal planning! I don't even know why??? I 100% relate to the anxiety of it! My husband is the driving force and even prints off a meal planning calendar for us...I promise I am trying to be better lol
Girl I get it! I know for me it often comes from so many years of feeling guilt and shame with food, but sometimes it's even just feeling like it's yet another "adulting" task I have to do. I hope my template can infuse some ease and joy into this process for you! And also absolutely no shame if hubs is the meal guy, way to work as a team! 💛
Thanks so much for the time and effort you put into this video! I have a somewhat similar process, but like you said towards the end, I’ve gotten way too complicated and stressed about it. This was an excellent reminder to keep it simple. I love how you’ve structured your template, it’s exactly how I plan already, but in a beautiful printable instead of my sloppy google doc! 😅 I also love your approach to meal prep. I tend to think of the “bro science” approach when I hear the term “meal prep” but what a gift to ourselves and our families to have easy, healthy options at the ready! Going to give it a go! 🥰
Heather I so appreciate the thoughtful comments you always leave, thank you sister! I hope my meal template makes you smile as you prep knowing I'm planning alongside you! I hope it helps bring some ease and joy to your weekly process 🤩✨
This was so helpful, I have been in a bit of a rut and needed some fresh motivation. Lunch is my hardest meal to have ideas for so I love the idea of having shredded chicken ready to go along with taco meat each week. Really enjoying your channel, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us!
Oh Anna I'm so glad to hear that! I've been in those ruts too, so I hope these ideas help just give you some fresh juices! Let me know what you make up for your lunches 🤩
This video was so helpful! And I'll definitely try out your template! Little tip, if you put your cooked chicken breast in the blender on low it shreds it so well👌🏻🙃💛
Hi Mollie. Fellow Texan here! I am following your suggestions for candida overgrowth and within a few days, I feel so much better! I was noticing that you don't typically eat oatmeal. Is that a preference? I would love to see more of your healthy dinner recipes!
Oh Misty I’m so glad you’re already seeing some improvements!! I don’t recommend oatmeal while actively trying to clear candida. I have a full recipe guide + meal plan in the Kill the Yeast program!
Hey Cait, I don't have an exact recipe but I showed how I make it in this video: ruclips.net/video/HtNZH7ot9p4/видео.htmlsi=h9fEz5xoDrcgy6Cb Hope you love it! 😋
My "meal prep" looks a lot like yours. I usually make a lot of protein for dinner and eat leftovers most of the time plus I pack it up for my husband, son, and daughter for lunch. I feed four adults so your fridge and freezer is empty looking to me because I have to make so much food right now. 😳🤪
Mollie! I just recently subscribed to your channel and just wanted to say that I simply ADORE your videos. You are so bright and always smiling, so full of joy 🤍 Also, your editing is so clean and aesthetic and each of your videos are so informative and engaging. I'm not sure when you started your channel but I am SO surprised that you don't have even more subscribers than you do! But I so encourage you to keep putting out such consistent and amazing content for us because I just KNOW that the Lord is going to bless your hard work and faithfulness 💕 You remind me so much of my friend, Cambria Joy, who also makes videos similar to your's! Anyways, you have inspired me not only to get rid of all of my toxic products in my house, but to start eating pro-metabolically AND you have infused so much of God's love and joy into my life during a particularly difficult season I am walking through. Anyways, love you tons and am here cheering you on from California! 💕
Ok, Brianne, this comment just made my whole WEEK! 😭💛 Thank you so much for taking the time to share these sweet words. I can't even tell you how encouraging they are to my heart. As I'm sure you know, RUclips can be a lot of work, but it is so worth it if I know women like you are being encouraged by it! I only started RUclips in the last few months, but I know it's where the Lord wants me right now and I'm just trusting the process and praying He'll bring the right women to my videos. And oh my gosh Cambria has been my bff in my head for years so I'm incredibly jealous if you actually know her can we all be friends?! 👯♀️🤪 Seriously, Brianne, thanks for taking the time to send some encouragement my way. I'm so thankful you're here and I just subscribed to your channel too, can't wait to cheer each other on 🤗
@@MollieMason omg you're the cutest!! Haha I'm so glad that my comment brightened your day 🤗💕 yes! Cambria is a good friend of mine! She's like a big sister to me 💕 I would LOVE it if we could all be friends! Maybe we could all get together someday if you ever visit Cali! Seriously though, thank you for all of our videos! You have inspired me so much 💕
I do keep a list of 90% of the food I have on hand. I don’t list all canned goods, because I mostly only get into them when things may be running low. Actually I keep several lists. I’m a bit OCD and so I have several categories… Desserts, drinks, regular food, fresh food, produce and things from Trader Joe’s. As you can see, I did this alphabetically and I list my foods alphabetically also. I don’t meal plan for the week, but meal plan for the next day. It works for me, as I no longer work. Sometimes I don’t follow it 100%, but I don’t feel guilty if I do something differently. I try to have some sort of produce with every meal and I find that I am doing a lot of non meat items. At 71 I still love cooking and being single, I have no problems preparing yummy and sometimes elaborate meals. Oh, and regarding hard boiled eggs… I discovered that you can also do them in the air fryer. I haven’t had a broken shell yet and the eggs are perfectly done.
Hi. New to your channel. I love meal prepping and planning out meals. Im wondering what health benefits do the gummies provide and do you have a link for your gut shots??
Hey Karen, welcome I’m so glad you’re here! The gut gummies are just a really easy-on-the-tummy snack with a good balance of protein and carbs and gut-healing support from the gelatin. And yes, all my daily gut shot details here: ruclips.net/video/kNE62QBW1vk/видео.html
Oh my goodness! When I heard you say you bought Trader Joe’s OJ and hated it…….I felt redeemed! I just spent the $5.99 on it myself and did not enjoy my adrenal drink today at all. I couldn’t put my finger on it. But after trying the OJ alone I knew that was it. I live near a Whole Foods so I guess I’ll have to try that one.
Oh my gosh what a coincidence! I know, it's hard to place - maybe too bitter? It just made my adrenal cocktail undrinkable - the Whole Foods OJ is so worth it! 🍊
Hi Mollie! I’m curious about the hard boiled eggs. I like to have two a day, but I didn’t know if that was too often due to the cholesterol in them. Does this just depend on the person and how their body handles it?
Dietary cholesterol causing high cholesterol is actually a big misconception! PUFAs and trans fats are a bigger concern to causing high blood cholesterol.
Loved this one again Mollie! Random question: where did you get that cute white top and cardigan? Can’t get my eyes off them .. if you’d like to share of course.. No pressure 😂😅
I’ve bought from Sandy Creek Farm! They deliver to FW right across from Trader Joe’s every other week and you can order here: app.barn2door.com/e/5N7oA/all Haven’t tried any other farms yet but they were great!
The gummies are made with gelatin which is high in glycine to support glutathione production - also a great balance of protein and carbs for an easy blood-sugar stabilizing snack. I shared the details + benefits of the gummies in this vlog: ruclips.net/video/Oi5EnSpwKH8/видео.html And yes, I always wait to peel the eggs until I eat them! Keeps them fresher for sure! 🥚

Ok I heard that! I've also seen people use a hand mixer to shred it fast. I'll have to try one of those next time! 💡

It's actually just the regular notes app on the iPhone! 📲

In this video I did 2 cups of juice, 6 tbsp of gelatin and 2 tbsp of honey! 😋
Do you have children?
If so can you speak to feeding them
