Try adding a second parallel that has a 45-80 ms attack time this will allow you to mix back in loud and powerful percussive transiense and constanance to the vocals!
THis was incredibly helpful I have been doing this all wrong I think. I was processing my lead vocal and then applying the parallel compression instead of sending the raw vocal. Also wasn't cranking it enough and using the limiting. THANK YOU!
@@2probeatsfor me it was because it includes more in the daw the technique (i have no analog gear) and also it is a great technique for achiving that modern sound im looking for. I never thought of using this type of chain before in my paralell processing. These paralell blend tutorials i like
