Gozney seems to have a design issue that many people are frustrated over. Customers can't figure out if there is a flaw in the stone, improper curing or dual fuel use or too tight of space in the dome itself . Is Gozney addressing it in new construction of the domes? Could you get an official response from Tom Gozney? It will be interesting to see if you get the same issue or not down the road. Again thanks for doing this video. I am contemplating going for the Gozney Dome or Zio Ciro.

Make sure you build the wood fire on the right side over the, "Air Vent" it helps keep the coals and fire going hotter and then you can just take the screen off and the ashes fall down into the tray making it super easy to clean out!

It’ll be interesting to see the end result. Using the same stone as in the Roccbox is a bit worrying since the heat conductivity is way too high. Too easy to burn the botttom. I replaced my original stone with a saputo and it’s an incredible difference!
Stones cracked but it's near where the wood goes so it hasn't bothered me. Main cooking area is fine. Internals and externals are fine, I keep it pretty clean.

Create intentional weak points so you can control where it cracks.. and it will be hard to notice if it does so. The fact you can’t replace the floor is a MASSIVE oversight, no wonder they cost 3k here. You have to fund 2+ oven for the warranty replacements... Until that issue is fixed. Im holding off I think. I don’t wanna spend 3 k on an oven and not get a lifetime out of it.
I’m sure it’s going to cook a nice pizza. The real question is does it cook a pizza so much better than ovens that cost 80% less that makes it worth it. Also - it does look amazing so the aesthetic may be worth it for some regardless.

You had to buy it on the pre sale April 28th. They sold more then anticipated so they closed sales on it till pre orders are all filled. It probably won’t be available till next year with a several month wait after purchase for delivery. Shipping during the pandemic seems to be difficult. It is a really good looking and fun to use oven. Looks bad ass on the patio.

I got a rockbox this August and honestly I love it but gozney needs to seriously need to figure out the one shipment thing because I had 3 deliveries for one order and after spending £500+ it sort of scares you thinking your new oven is bouncing around in the back of a delivery truck while you're sat there with a huge bag of wood chunks, but don't let this put you off because there stuff is awesome
So I started by building an outside kitchen. Kamado Joe, gas grill etc . Then I decided to add a pizza oven. My outdoor kitchen is now a pizza kitchen. Pizza just took over the operation.
This all in one pizza maker package is precisely what I've been looking for, looka genuine, not too big not too small. Has an extremely nice design to it. The price on the website is indeed good for the value of what you get from what I see in this video. But why why why do they always forget the one thing I'm constantly looking for: a pizza dough proofing box. Finding one that can fits just about 4 dough balls is enough for me and I just can't seem to find one. I've tried many different kinds of boxes; with a lid, without, not the right size, too high or too low, glass material too heavy, plastic not durable enough etc. This is the only thing they are missing to complete their packaging!
I find that this doesn’t cook the bottom the way it should. The top cooks perfect, but the bottom doesn’t get nice and crispy and browned the way I like it.
🤠 I cooked some mini-pizzas in my air-fryer last night & your description is how they turned out. However, I reheated leftovers next day & they turned out nice & crisp but still bread-like soft on the inside. Perhaps a fry-pan is best for final bottom-toasting.

Have had one for a few months now, it’s brilliant.
