Basically the same record as the dodgers and 1/20th their payroll. They’ve got injuries, we’ve got injuries, we’ve had 15 different starting pitchers, new guys in the lineup, and our results are still the same as theirs.
While I agree with you, one thing still exists. The playoffs. The Brewers have done well during the regular season over the last few years, but once we get into the post-season we seem to struggle. This season however we have a new manager, a manager who has had to encounter and deal with injury after injury. A pitching staff that has as you said and I've also mentioned previously, 15 different Starting Pitchers, a closer by committee type setup, and many other issues with injuries. Yet through it all, this team has still got to first place and have stayed there. I never thought that this team would even be anywhere near 1st place. I have been extremely critical of this team's front office decisions, however they have seemed to really work out, but not just that, they've brought the team together. Joey Ortiz has been absolutely phenomenal. These rookies and younger players have been absolutely incredible, really exciting to watch, and they've made some unbelievable defensive plays. Robbing homeruns, great throws, excellent decision making on the base paths, and in the field, and they've done some really amazing things. 5 Grand Slam Homeruns in 8 games, an Inside the Park Homerun, stealing bases, throwing out baserunners, and just great execution. If we can get some of our injured players back and healthy, get Devin Williams back and hopefully back to his ability. DL Hall as well. If our pitching staff can get healthy and stay healthy, this team could be a very dangerous one.
@@EdsterIII yeah that’s all true. I like our chances this year more than last year and recent years. I genuinely think this is the best team we’ve had. So much depth, so much adversity with a number of relatively unknown players and we’re still a 50+ win team. I think this year is the best chance we’ve had in at least a decade.
Way to go Crew. That kind of trouncing is always fun to watch. I would prefer to watch Brewer games on the Milwaukee Brewers channel, but they only report wins. This isn't the way it should be. We support our team win or lose. The team channel should do the same. Be proud of your team all the time. This shouldn't be a propaganda channel. It should be the Milwaukee Brewers channel.

Nice to get one against the evil empire. How about we get a salary cap
right, I don't understand why all the other major sports has it, except baseball.
@@MarkRizzo62it’s insanely stupid. But hey; something special about being a small market beating these jerks.
@@TheCasualGamer13imagine if we beat them in the playoffs. The euphoria would be unmatched
Yeah, I think the Dodgers print their own money in the basement of Dodger Stadium. Geez.
Good idea . Salary cap is what baseball needs
We finally beat Shotime and his crew that's so awesome
Yelich... enough said
Man knows how to play baseball.
People before were saying he fell off worse than crypto

Anyone else notice that when Hoskins got HBP the ball caromed and hit the catcher in the nuts. Two Birds with one stone.
Three, he probably hit em both😮
We finally beat the Dodgers in their Stadium!! Woohoo let’s go Brew Crew 🔥 🍻
The better team and overall franchise won today

Whew. Good to see we can beat them.
Not the worst both west coast trips were 3-4.
No salary cap in MLB, unbelievable
Yes, Mr. Keaton. I will stay out, Sir.
Waiting for the Jomboy lip read on the Hoskins bean
I take the position of security guard in San Jose, Sir.
Finally beat them
really poor editing on this one. dont have the announcers tell the play before it happens.
Today’s attendance: 347
