Pre-ordered this a while ago. They wanted to send me the analog version but I'm holding out for the digital walksnail vtx. I plan on using it mainly with my fpv rc trucks. Good to see some video finally.
Glad it was helpful! This flight was during a moonless night with full cloud cover. The desert part is completely dark. No ambient light. It even works in a dark closet
Hey squirrel, great video. I have a few questions that I hope you won’t mind answering. My first question, is this the analog or digital version of the caddx infra? My second question, what kind of vtx are you using the video link seems really good. My final question, where did you source your camera from? I can only find the infra on the caddx website.
@@squirrelynutz1interesting, so you can fly cddx with hd zero googles?? Sorry im new to all of this. Thanks! Right now im really impressed with the cddx googles L and their head tracking sensor.
Looks flyable for sure, thanks for posting. How dark are we talking? Its hard to judge Can it pick up anything in a totally dark room with no windows for example? It does say zero lux after all.
@maxwolf1602 I don't have the camera hooked up right now. I'm going to put it in a fixed wing for night flights soon. I'll try to record in complete darkness. It's really just looks really grainy but you can make things out
Tbs unify pro32 dp vtx and fusion module vrx with truerc x ray or vas xr18. It's possible with a triple feed patch array 14dbi but it's easier with the other antenna I mentioned.
This was a moonless night. Full cloud cover. The desert part is conpletely dark. No ambient light for atleast 3/4 to 1 mile
sick thanks
