Yes they are, objectively I have to say life is so much easier for everyone here vs. central Europe - the pace and stress level even in considered high-stress environments is a fraction of what central EU has to offer. 🤙🏼

Hey, yes ran them a few sessions those didn't work for me personally (made knee unstable) although they felt great initially bouncy! Haven't tested the new Hokas yet they seem very good, but for me AF all day 🙏
I haven't tested that yet but what I read is that some chose the VF3 for anything sub 21k and went marathon AF3 since it helped with muscle soreness delay. I will run it in 21km as well, for 5k VF3 might be better yes!

I know the AF 3s are designed for marathon really, but if they were used for 5km, still fast ??

What size do you use for the suit and sleeves?
I got L - but write them in customer service if any questions open regarding size, did the same helped lots.
