- (BTW I only build 3 scenes; I know I said 5 but that was a mistake) In this video I build 3 different types of stop motion scenes and share tips for each one. Building interior scenes, outdoor scenes, and city scenes.
This video was suggested by @Madlstop876 , congrats for winning a prize in the photography contest!
Looking for some stop motion gear? Here are the products I use!
Camera:
- Canon Rebel T6 amzn.to/4fiakOC
Current Microphone:
- Logitech Blue Yeti Nano amzn.to/3zXW1ic
Old Microphone (cheap but sounds great!)
- Logitech Blue Snowball Microphone: amzn.to/3zZDiCY
Other Accessories:
Macro Filters amzn.to/3A6eDMN
Desk Lamp amzn.to/4cXJIRq (this is what I use, but any lamp will get the job done)

My bad, I only built 3 scenes instead of 5. I don't know why I say 5 at the beginning 😂
A fourth one could've been rock formations like caves or mountainsides. I actually need that for one I'm starting to film for the end of the month... ...though I only really have access to a disassembled Rancor Pit atm. I'll probably use all the "small ugly rock" pieces.😂
This is very helpful, I would have liked to see you building them closer up, so I could tell what you were doing, but besides that, great video!! 👍
When will you be doing another photography contest?
I don't think I'll be doing community post contests very often so I'm not really sure. Not for a while
Just so satisfying to watch well donee

dang it i wish i new ab the photography contest earlier, i wouldve been amazing
Thanks man loved the tips, but i do have a question, in city scenes could i use black 2 studs widelong bricks like for a skyline? would that look good? As I only have the downtown noodle shop as a building T-T
Yeah that would work! I didn't get to micro models in the video but those do great for city scenes.
@@cheeseslopeproductions thanks man I was thinking about a car chase stopmotion so I'm glad that works or I could build some custom set building like which is hollow from inside
Awesome definitely gonna use them!
Thanks this very helpful

These are great! Thanks for the tutorial!
Thanks! Thia is really useful :)
very very useful
I knew almost all these, but when it comes practical, I'm just Lazy lol. Really good vid.
Also, I have a request for you: Will you make a video about being motivated to make brickfilms? That's one thing I really struggle with. Day full time school and night full time animating is just difficult bro. Thank you.
That's something I have considered, I may do a video like it in the future. Thank you! Although I don't mention it directly, a lot of tips from the Ideas video are what I do to stay motivated. Things like writing down ideas and making sure the video is funny.
Thanks for this video! Definitely needed as I’m working on set design. When will your Space on a Budget come out? Very excited!
The plan is to have Space Budget ready this Sunday!
@@cheeseslopeproductions awesome!
