as a low elo player i can definitely say that many low elo players don't aim train at all and having a consistent aim routine is the difference between me popping off and bottom fragging more often than not. jumping straight into ranked games for me is terrible since if you're losing every fight you're spending most of your time in that "warm-up game" dead and spectating your teammates 😂

If your in low elo, just relax and play the game, learn all the mechanics, your aim will follow. once you reach mid elo you'll need to start understanding what good plays are. all aspects of play will improve with time playing just so long as you are actively trying to learn from your mistakes while you play. I see so many people peek someone one round and die, then go back the next round and do it again, then they keep trying for multiple rounds to kill that man that has won every time. A smart person who is trying to learn and do better would make a mental note and say "ok he is out performing me in this area, I should tell my team to trade me locations, or I should try playing this area in a different way". This kind of mindset while playing will make you improve extremely quick and tbh its really fun because when you do it this way you get to try so many different methods of play and change your play style up a lot. I made it all the way to diamond just haveing Ok game sense, I was thinking I just needed to out aim everyone, but what separates IMMO from diamond and ascendant is the ability to adjust your playstyle to match the situation you are in, you will not be mechanically better than everyone in the lobby in every game you are in. So to win enough to reach IMMO or beyond you must learn to accept your faults and play in a way that makes your weaknesses a non-factor.

I love how competitive games always have guys who are meticulous trainers and others who are just goofballs, but they perform similarly most of the time because insane mechanics aren't all that matters.
I once tried his sens (0.2 800 dpi) after playing on yay's sens for so long (0.27 800 dpi). I dropped my first 33-kill game ever, but after that, my arm was too tired to keep playing so I had to switch back.
The problem with demon1’s video is that he doesn’t explain, or maybe he doesn’t know how to explain, why you do the drills that he does for his aim training. Yes most of it is for micro adjustments and there’s a drill for tracking as well, but the one where the dots expand is also a mental exercise to help with threat detection and target priority.
He's really wrong though, Kovaaks and aim trainers can be really fun and addicting. No Team, No pressure, Just you working on yourself that can make you improve in any fps game. Highly recommend people to aim train.

We do this and more lol we have retake servers, prefire servers to practice clearing angles, crossfire to practice holding a position and fighting incoming bots that shoot at you. Plus all of the normal static aim training, tracking aim training, flicking, counter strafe aiming with micro adjustments, etc. we do all this and more lol
I’ll be honest I did something similar but I only used the training bot and yea after doing it for like a month you basically are good to go but you should still do it as a warmup if you wanna perform your best immediately besides that I hit PLAT after playing for 1 act besides this aim stuff just learn game scenarios
