I've met Gaston before and had fun, but this was my favorite time by far. His little side comment about things with eyes that shouldn't have them was the best! Aww, thank you so much! You're so sweet, and we appreciate the feedback! Yes--EXACTLY! It isn't a knock on the heroes; they're super fun to meet too! It's more the uniqueness of the interaction. I love meeting Rapunzel, Tiana or Belle for example, but I generally know how it will go. With the villains though, it's much harder to predict what they'll do and say. They keep you guessing and are all about having fun with you. Now, I really want to go to a Villains After Hours event to meet more of them! Hopefully soon.... Not to knock autograph books...there's nothing wrong with them, and I get why people use them. In our experience though, they're frequently something that gets in the way of the interaction and doesn't encourage more. They can become a thing to check off and not be a fun part of the interaction like in this case with Gaston. Of course, it all depends how the character responds. Sometimes, it can help to encourage more interaction if your child shares his/her favorite part of the story with Cinderella or asks Belle what it was like when she discovered the magical creatures in Beast's castle. Not to mention, how much fun would it be for a little one to have their bedtime story signed by Rapunzel herself?! It adds to the fun and makes it a souvenir that will actually be used! Thank you again and we hope you have a great time meeting the characters!
Seeking The Magical thank you for the fantastic reply... yes nothing wrong with autograph books and I actually have some that I had been saving but I didn’t realize that there were many more ideas out there... esp for my very introverted children. Lol thanks so much... we will enjoy interacting with the characters :)

My first thought was nothing but Victoria and Albert's because of the price. I really want to do the Chef's Table there, but it's a battle with myself about spending that much on a meal. We've been off social media for awhile and not nearly as active on here due to work, travel and being sick so that was very helpful! We're trying to get back into it now though, and we definitely want to respond to the tag. I'm hoping we can make it work to do a video, but it might be a little while until we get it up as we have some time sensitive things to post first.
