건고추라고 세척도 안하고 그냥 빻을려면 저런 공장 시설이 왜 필요한지.
아무리농가 세척 말린 것이라도 세척 - 건조 - 분쇄 processK (?)를 해야 될 것 같은데
해썹이 고추세척은 안 하고 종업원만 세척하면 되는가 보다.
공장이라기 보단 차이나 고추 방앗간이라고 해야 겠습니다.

No Christian, Process K only makes the video. Even the factory you see on the video, makes only the Chilli Paste! If need information in regard of the actual machinery to make your own Chilli Paste, your best bet, is to google, red chilli power making machine from Korea, China, or Taiwan.
