A lot of times, things in a company that happen are structural. It depends on where in management it happens. Something they’re communicating, and sometimes they aren’t. That’s the crux of it, is how much do they know.
This is why Clear, Open Communication in Any company is Important. When there is a breakdown in communication, that’s when bad things happen. You can sacrifice integrity.
Once everybody involved can have Crystal Clear, Open Communication, then you can Easily problem solve, and ask for options you may not even think of, sometimes you have think not only What’s Going On, But How You are going to Handle It. That’s What Management Does, and you can find that out from long term Employees, which is Why You Keep Them.
    Problem Solving. Not Hiding.
You have to make it Easy and welcoming for people to come to you with those problems. Don’t have a prosecutorial position.
    - Let Them Come. Allow The Whistleblowers. Listen.
You have to think like a Teacher.
    Make it easy and Simple.
    It’s like Eduard James Olmos

What you hope is people blow the whistle and head bad stuff off at the pass. That usually means whoever is the bottleneck needs to go.
You have to clear, open communication. It’s that simple. If you can’t be clear, open, and honest, that’s fundamentally wrong. It’s one of the first things you learn growing up. Integrity.

If whistle blowers can't be retaliated against why is it so impossible to find legal support? --and that is with a state (CA) judgement againt an employer -in other words my concerns were found to be correct by a state agency. But the retaliation goes on while the employer claims they did nothing wrong even with a judgement in hand against them. Why do I have to be fired- as we are quickly heading in that direction, before anyone will even look at the case. Seems to me if this is going to be the law of the land than support should be much more available.

Your question itself is indicative of how deep the rot is… especially when it comes to judicial corruption. 99% of attorneys pretend not to see

Our government is failing whistleblowers. I am a freelance journalist and I research lots of things. The things I research make me many enemies. I have found corruption in government, safety issues at medical facilities, insurance frauds, "suicides" of the parties implicated and the story getting buried. When I collect this information, there is a legal responsibility to report some of these findings, but the agencies I report this stuff to do NOTHING. I have multiple groups and entities after me for protecting truth and safety through my research and reporting. Can you imagine researching an insurance fraud where someone went to jail who was innocent while the benefactor of the crime went unpunished? The well-connected benefactor was not charged or investigated and the website that reports the police incidents lost all data for that period when the scam was active. I reported this and NOTHING. An active scheme, still ongoing, not acted upon in the face of evidence, circumstance, and logic. Our system doesn't work.

They are ran by the wicked who yearn to run and control the world, and they will receive what is past due to them by the One.
The system serves only to protect itself and its own interests, not the people's. It is a parasite of our time, of our energy, and of our rights and freedoms, and what is happening right now, of our children's psychology and their bodies as tools.
Also, see from a former IRS employee, put it onto the search bar, it is the channel Dr. Sherry--she is legitimate and cracks on the abhorrent corruption in the system.

Thank you for the information; it is very much appreciated, but I am disappointed that "Whiskey" was not in the video.

LOL. Whiskey, our office mascot, declined to be featured because he wanted a large bag of dog treats and we couldn't agree.

i live in Seattle and have been a victim of gangStalking. I did research online that lead me to gangStalking Wars from an insider at SIS. Do you have any info on a lawyer that would be willing to take this to court?
