Dear Sir, I just want say how much I enjoy this WORD FROM GOD today. I've heard this story so many times but not as clearly as I heard it from you. I never knew God had repeated and I didn't him to repeat if I made a mistake in my life. I don't want God to be disappointed or displeased with me. Yes, I have issues but to know GOD is not HAPPY WITH ME that's a HUGE HURT in my life. So think you for this profound message.
    🔥✝️🔥 Blessings

This is and was such an appropriate message for the setting. I will apply it in the ministry God has called me to.
The ministry is not here to serve us, we are here to serve God and His people. The best service we can give is a balanced message of God’s word under the direction of the Holy Spirit.
Awesome word🎉 It allows the Holy Spirit to work in us. ❤❤

Actually, God is sovereign & omnipotent. God has all power! Because God has all POWER, He has the power to lie! God is also PERFECT! Because God is PERFECT, He chooses to restrain His power & NOT lie because lying goes against His nature!! God has the POWER to do anything, He chooses to release or restrain His power based upon His Will or His character. Was Jesus all powerful on Earth? Was Jesus tempted on Earth? Did Jesus have the POWER to lie while on Earth? Jesus had the POWER to lie & sin while on Earth; however, He CHOSE to not lie or sin. There’s a difference between God’s POWER & God’s Choices! The point of 1 Samuel 15:35 is that God never fails, but it was Israel's rejection that caused them to receive their just reward of a failing king, Saul. The word "repent" is the Greek word "nāḥam" which means "regret" or "grieved." God knows everything and is not surprised at the decisions of men, though they reject his ways. The point of 15:29 in fact, lets the reader know that he is never caught off guard by the affairs that he foreknew and brought about. God can look back at Saul and express that he is grieved that he sinned, but it's time to find another. Because of the covenantal relationship God has with his own causes him to respond and react. This should appear amazing to his own because of God's covenant keeping never to lie, repent, or change his mind (Num. 23:19).

Actually, it’s not the Greek word, it’s a Hebrew word, which was stated in this message. This text conveys the usage of anthropomorphisms to communicate the heart of God. It’s not a diminishment of God’s omniscience or foreknowledge. God was grieved & felt sorry that Saul would not be grieved or feel sorry. The KJV uses “repent”, which simply means to be grieved, feel sorry or regret. God has feelings & is affected by the actions of humanity. God can be hurt, jealous, angered, delighted etc. This message conveyed the hurt that God felt based on Saul’s actions

God has the POWER to fail because He’s sovereign & omnipotent. God is also PERFECT & chooses to NOT do anything that goes against His character. Was Jesus perfect on Earth? Was Jesus all powerful on Earth? Did Jesus have the POWER to sin while on Earth? Did Jesus CHOOSE to not sin OR did He not have the power to sin? If God is omnipotent, then He has the power to do anything, including fail. However, because He’s PERFECT, He chooses to NOT fail. If God doesn’t fail, that because of His CHOICE, not His power.

This is terrible theology at its finest. This guy took the word "repented" completely out of context to make a theological argument. For God to fail if He wants to is to say that God can lie if He wants to. To say God can lie if He wants to is to say God can sin if He wants to. To make any such claims undermines Truth. The word repented in the referenced text is the same word God used after the great flood. The word used means that God was sorrowful or grieved that He made a decision to allow a certain this to happen. However, the failure that caused the flood was the failure of mankind not God. The failure that caused Saul to not follow instructions was not the failure of God but that of Saul. Matthew 5:48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: The LORD’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him. Every being that has failed, failed on thier own. Yet it was and is Gods will that we live in a state of perfection. But black folks think that a Sovereign God allowed sin to come into the world so that our overcoming of sin would bring Him even greater Glory. Thats stupid for the Heavens marvel at the greatness of God. And angels bow before Him daily. So where did Dewey come up with this crock of mess. What is sad is reading comments from unlearned believers. These are the same people who would say the spirit was present at church if a dog barked twice during service.
If God is faithful and He is, then He cannot fail. If He cannot fail, He cannot make a mistake. In the Garden, He provided a way beforehand to redeem mankind. For Noah, He provided an ark and preserved Noah's family to continue life after the flood. At Calvary, He provided salvation in the midst of torture, ridicule, humiliation, crucifixion. At the tomb, He provide life instead of death. If He forknows, and He is alpha and omega, then there is no mistake in God.

He has a doctorate, a masters degree and is one of the worlds finest and brilliant theologians. I think it would be kind of immature and foolish to argue with him.
