For those who are not familiar with Bangkok, these condominiums are located in Nonthaburi which is an area on the outskirts of Bangkok, not in the center. This is a non-tourist area and you will be immersed with the local Thai population. Unless you're taking the MRT, traffic could be horrendous in and out of the city during certain hours. I just came back from a month-long trip to Thailand and I did spend some time in Nonthaburi, so I'm very familiar with this area. These condos are a steal for the right type of individuals! To live there, you must be the adventurous type; the type of person who enjoys mixing in with the locals and who doesn't need to live in central Bangkok in the touristy areas.
@kevinp8108 Great comment, and as a person who is not familiar with Bangkok, but who is planning on moving there, I would like to get your opinion on the area reviewed in this video. So since you have stayed in this area....do you think that I'd be okay living there with the Locals, even though I don't speak a bit of Thai?? And Project Bangkok, I'd appreciate your opinion as well! Thanks, and I'll look forward to your replies.
@@georgeandy6923 - As a Thai-American who can see both sides of the coin, my advice to you as a new arrival to Thailand...I highly recommend that you find a condo in the touristy area of Sukumvit. @@ProjectBangkok haha we all got different priorities. I work with computers and work out so some times I get knots so massage feels so amazing. Laptop is probably of more use ;) a proper gaming laptop is not that much more expensive than a PS5 but it is multi use.
Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice
Thanks for watching Mario
The layout of both condos is weird, it's the problem with new condos in general
So I think what they have done is link 2 single units together to make it work like a 2 bed total.. hence the odd layout
Not bad in pattaya now Rob will be hiring a scooter out tomorrow to get about...lol
I keep forgetting you are here bro!
@@ProjectBangkok ha ha got covid already bummer man
@@ProjectBangkok in kalasin now isolating in a hotel there, kind screwed my trip up
Will there be a third building? #suspense
Well.. funny you should say that haha
How do you find these decent condos?
Years of searching and walking around
Can you give me the price I like it
It’s in the video
That huge dining table in the 2nd condo is also a bit much.
I'm surprised, no one is swimming in the pool?
Nobody every is here in Thailand… too hot outside haha
99% of the people who live here are Thai. They swim when the sun goes down so you have the pool available to yourself all day as a foreigner.
Any sewage gas smell in the shower? I can't stand odor.
I didn’t shower there. But I’d guess no.. since when is that a thing? Lol 😂
@@ProjectBangkok For me, dirtiness and odor, foul smells are BIG turn offs. I can't live in those environments. Those and areas infested with bugs and mosquitoes. That is why I am hesitant to travel to countries like Thailand.
I see u delivered what u subtly promised. 👀😅😅
Haha I think it was timed well 😁
Looks more like being sold as a single bedroom apartment, but now set up for rental using the lounge/dining area as a second bedroom instead.
Who's gonna get to use the dining table first!
Further, I suppose you don't need to cook at home, seeing the pausity of any stove top and the relative cheapness of eating out in Thailand.
Where is the living room?
Jeff Jeff Jeff.. 😂
The other building is much better. Why? I can rent 3 of them. One for an office. One for TV and music. The last for my bed and eating
Just seeing a bed in the living room really makes me cringe I hate it lol
that's not 2 bedrooms. It's 1 bedroom and a bed in the living room
There’s always one 😂
Nice video! Maybe you can do a video together with @globaltravelmate. He is a dutch guy living in Bankok, he has a realestate office. Would be nice to see you two in a video, and who knows what it will bring.
Haha fun fact.. I make all the videos for sukhumvit homes 😂 and we actually already done a video on my channel.. this comments tells me you not seen it yet lol 😂
LOL, take big 1bd apartment, place bad into the living room: DONE, you have 2 bd apartment.😁
Could do the same with 38m condo. Just put a bed in the kitchen room, and you'll have 2 Bedroom Condo
Mail?
What?
Very nice place but no clothes washer. Nice bed, but King would be best. Biggest drawback
Each unit is different. Mine came with a washer.
