The easy jobs always throw in a curve ball or two !
Certainly made you think on your feet, could tell by your voice that you were thinking on your feet. You tamed the beast, now it flows the way you need it to 💪💪💪
And as for non working help..... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
You can always rely on Mrs. and Mini Dirt Boss to give you a huge hand, kudos to them both 🫡👍👏
Mikey, this is where your expertise kicks in, and the job is done right.
You knew the water source was man made and when we saw the washed stone, yup it was an previous drainage solution. Solving that problem, containing and channelling the water out to the drain was exceptional. Not many contractors could deal with that deluge effectively.
A challenging site in many dimensions. You made it look easy, but that job was crazy.
@@adem-Savs Thanks man
AMAZING WORK!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Top video .
Hey Mike, I’m in southern Albany county, last year I bought a Komatsu pc40 and cleared for my home site, had someone with a larger machine dig my foundation and now I’m getting ready to do my septic system. I’ve been watching your septic videos and they’re a huge help, can’t wait to get started on it next week.
@@jont9903 Awesome I got a septic going in Albany County as we speak too! Are you dealing with Damien? If you got any questions don't hesitate hit me up
Excellent job Mike 😎👍🏻 Way to problem solved!
*CONGRATS @ 60K headed for that 100K* Lots of Tricks & Lessons in this one to save equipment on these VIRGIN CUTS! Just what YOU did increased the value of the other properties (ESP - this time of year $$$) You do SO MUCH for everybody! You be the *BIIG GUY - You be the DIRT BOSS* And we Thank You! Stay safe, be well!
Wow. You’re right shoulda been easy. It was like shoveling “s” against the tide. You handled everything coming at you. Nice work
Great job dB looks great now I could not believe all the water 👍🏻🇺🇲
Holy moly DB, I've found an old hand dug well once in the middle of a footing, but ive never had a creek running into a foundation I was digging. That was crazy!
Holy cow what an awesome job DB.
Perfect as usual Mike!!! I’m thinking that a lot of bad words were said in overcoming the situation on this site but in true DIRT BOSS fashion you got it handled!!! Years of experience in the business is what made it work for you on this one!!! Great seeing Max on site with you and happy to see you teaching him how to get it done!!! Keep up the amazing content and I’ll see you in the next one!!
@@henryg683 Thanks buddy
Back on site
Great job again as usual. I hope you treated your bail out crew to a nice stake dinner, stay safe.
When I saw that large bladed swamp grass when you were mowing I thought there is going to be water under there. I didn't think you were going to be able to get it to dry out enough for a footer but you got the footer drain down low enough to catch and divert it. You're gonna remember that one for a long time!
@@rlmartinmanor Yes those are the ones you put in the memory bank!
Nice job buddy 👍
I was wondering why you had water grasses growing on the high side of the lot while you were mowing it. Looks like they put up a sign that said you can dump any free fill dirt here to build that lot up; I've had to deal with a few of those over the years, the worst was 16 feet to solid soil.
Wow, nice work.
nice job
Muddy mess for sure.
Nice video DB.
i'm a big fan💯
MAM OH MAN talk about *OVERRIDING LABOR (and MATERIALS) this is a PERFECT EXAMPLE* Does your contract address this cost or have you spoken with the owner(s)? Good thing you chased that water to the *ROOT CAUSE* Good job for sure proactive for YEARS to come! *DONE THE RIGHT WAY - "your way" * !
Rain ! Lets talk about rain ..... We just got 15+ here in SC .... UGH !
You found the fountain of youth!!😂 What lake you on Mike? Great video 💪🤗🇺🇸

That water was giving me anxiety to watch 😂
@@DirtBrute trust me bro I I didn't sleep for 3 days lol
@@DIRT-BOSS oh I can imagine. I’d been up all night thinking of pumps ! 🤣
I know right where that is . I’m surprised the neighbor’s aren’t watching you the whole time. Lake people are weird.
😆 oh yeah he's peeking over the silt fence like Tim the tool man's neighbor
Mikey Mike.....what's up my neighbor. Thought i'd stop by to say hey. Enjoyed the video. Had a question though. What does that gauge on the backside of the cutter indicate? Hydraulic pressure or maybe the RPM's of cutter head???
Anyway, I see you shot right pass 50,000 subs and now on the way to 100,000 .
Be well and my best to the family.
@@markg.2501 hey Mark what's up where the hell you been!
