That Aztec was either clueless of how strong his army was, or just stalling because he knows his late game is gonna be insane
Most likely stalling so that he could get into age 3

Coyote and slingers are OP in the early game, Knights are insane in the late game. Funny how defensive aztecs are, the most aggressive natives in history.
